Quality Supervisor – Outgoing Inspection

About the role

The Quality Supervisor (Outgoing Inspection) leads the final product quality management, ensuring that all products meet the required standards before shipment. This role involves supervising, analyzing, and continuously improving inspection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain outgoing inspection standards, checklists, and the Outgoing Inspection Management System (OIMS) for final products.
• Conduct inspections for inventory and second‑hand machines, and prepare for special customer audits, FATs, and third‑party certifications.
• Participate in prototype and pilot batch inspections, creating inspection requirements for new projects.
• Manage the Quality Deviation Approval System (QBD) and track corrective actions on finished machines.
• Summarize monthly, quarterly, and annual product quality KPIs, analyze data, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Allocate work, train, and evaluate performance of outgoing inspectors.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with compressor and dryer machine products.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
