职位概况
负责车载OTA/近端刷写软件升级全流程测试，涵盖测试计划、用例设计、缺陷管理及现场验证，支持量产阶段的OTA升级。
主要职责
- 制定并执行 OTA/刷写全流程测试，包括差分升级、全量升级、断点续传、降级回滚等场景。
- 搭建维护测试环境，验证弱网、断网、断电等异常情况。
- 参与需求与方案评审，提前识别安全风险。
- 开发 Python、CAPL 自动化脚本，建设 CI 流水线。
- 配合整车测试与量产试验，处理线上 OTA 问题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、电子信息或车辆工程相关专业。
- 3 年以上汽车电子或车载软件测试经验，至少 2 年 OTA 测试经验。
- 能够独立分析并复现偶发升级异常，承受项目节点压力。
必备技能
- 熟悉 UDS（ISO 14229）诊断协议、DoIP（ISO 13400）及 ISO 15765。
- 掌握 Bootloader 刷写原理、整车/零部件刷写规范及全流程测试方法。
- 了解车载 OTA 架构、MCU、SOC 刷写流程及差分/A/B 双分区升级原理。
- 熟练使用 Python、CAPL 开发自动化测试脚本。
- 熟悉 CANoe、Wireshark 抓包及日志分析，具备 Linux 基础命令操作能力。
