Senior Product Manager – Electrified Motion

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will act as the portfolio and innovation orchestrator across Electrified Motion, translating China market requirements into the global Common Modular Base (CMB) and innovation roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑BU portfolio alignment and develop a global Common Modular Base by consolidating product, portfolio and market requirements.
• Scout emerging technologies and market trends in China, turning them into portfolio opportunities.
• Analyze market developments, competitive benchmarks and regulatory changes to generate actionable strategic insights.
• Collect and consolidate customer requirements from Chinese and global OEMs, ensuring feedback is integrated into development activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment across product areas and functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product/portfolio management, business development, strategy or automotive electrification.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; German is a plus.
