职位概况
负责混合动力及电动汽车动力电子硬件的研发，重点聚焦EMC（电磁兼容）设计与测量技术，推动产品符合国内外EMC标准。
主要职责
- 将客户需求转化为硬件设计规格和测试计划。
- 规划、执行并验证EMC项目，形成EMC概念。
- 协调中国EMC实验室工作，统一测试方法并与国际EMC社区对齐。
- 对比并对齐中国GB/T标准与国际EMC标准，确保合规性。
任职要求
- 电气工程本科或硕士学历，专注EMC方向或相关专业。
- 具备EMC需求工程、产品设计与验证经验。
- 熟悉汽车产品研发流程，具备电力电子及模拟、数字电路设计知识。
- 具备创新、主动、负责的工作态度，良好的团队合作与沟通能力。
- 流利的英文读写和口语能力。
