职位概况
负责LV2级别行车自动驾驶系统功能的需求定义与技术规范编制，确保方案可落地并具备合理性。
主要职责
- 制定ACC、LCC、LKA、ELKA、TSI、TLA等功能的需求文档及技术规范。
- 进行需求分析与分解，包括场景需求、ODD定义及失效检查器的制定。
- 跟踪客户项目技术问题，分析测试问题并落实解决方案，识别技术风险。
- 负责摄像头和雷达产线EOL/售后/动态标定需求定义，协同开发与测试完成标定功能。
- 跨团队、跨部门沟通合作，解决系统关键问题。
任职要求
- 计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、机器人等相关专业本科以上学历。
- 3年以上自动驾驶、ADAS或AD产品系统开发与应用经验，有开发经验者优先。
- 具备结构化、系统化思维，能够高效定义和分析问题。
- 有智能驾驶大规模量产经验者优先。
- 快速学习能力，良好的团队合作、沟通和问题解决能力。
