职位概况
负责制定并执行设备预防性保养计划，处理设备异常，确保生产设备稳定运行。
主要职责
- 制定设备预防性保养计划并定期检查维护。
- 编制日常点检表并培训生产员工，进行日常检查。
- 快速维修设备异常，恢复生产状态。
- 归纳设备异常原因，更新维护计划。
- 定期更新备件库存，补充所需备件。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作，需倒班。
任职要求
- 电气或机电一体化相关专业。
- 持有低压电工证，具备电气知识（有高压电工证优先）。
- 3年以上设备维护保养经验。
- 能够快速处置设备异常并进行维护保养。
