Production Supervisor (Cooler Line)

About the role

The company seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the cooler line, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while driving continuous improvement across production, quality, infrastructure and people management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality standards for all business processes, including production, quality, and infrastructure.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to increase overall efficiency and support certification processes.
• Integrate planning for shell, bundle and unit production, aligning with Atlas Copco’s strategic goals.
• Develop the cooler line into a state‑of‑the‑art, cost‑efficient production line that meets delivery schedules.
• Ensure production equipment is well maintained and guarantee timely delivery of high‑quality products.
• Build and develop a strong team by nurturing competencies and talent.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience on a production line or in project execution.
• Technical university degree or higher, preferably in engineering.
• Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving and result‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• CNC operation
• Welding
• Assembly (ASSY)
• Knowledge of pressure‑vessel certification (a plus)
• Familiarity with IT business systems such as BPCS and integrated management/quality systems
