Production Associate - Level I

About the role

The Production Associate operates machines and production equipment safely in a manufacturing environment, following quality and productivity standards. This entry‑level position works under direct guidance to meet production goals and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, report hazards, and use personal protective equipment.
• Perform quality inspections, identify non‑conforming material, and raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products, achieving cycle‑time targets.
• Maintain a clean work area, perform routine housekeeping, and carry out planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support staff, and collaborate on equipment repairs.
