职位概况
负责新项目焊接技术的优化、设备选型及生产工艺的维护与改进，提升产能并控制成本。
主要职责
- 新项目技术资料消化转移、焊接技术优化及新设备选型、采购、调试、验收。
- 编制生产工艺文件、流程图、FMEA、CP等，维护生产过程工艺。
- 跟踪处理生产中的质量、工艺、节拍等问题，制定临时及长期措施。
- 分析产能并实施IE改善，提高生产效率，降低制造成本。
任职要求
- 焊接或材料相关专业，本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上机械行业工作经验，熟悉焊接工艺和机械加工工艺。
- 熟练使用CAD及计算机操作，英语读写良好。
- 具备敬业精神、责任心及良好的沟通能力。
