职位概况
作为客户服务工程师实习岗，你将在资深工程师的指导下学习并参与半导体设备的技术支持工作，深入了解设备结构、服务流程及工程技术，为未来正式岗位做好准备。
主要职责
- 协助开展设备安装、调试、维护等非现场支持工作。
- 整理设备运行数据、服务记录及技术文档。
- 参与设备故障案例分析，学习维护及问题解决方法。
- 支持设备升级、性能改善及测试验证等项目的非现场支持工作。
- 完成公司安排的技术培训、安全培训及相关学习任务，遵守安全、质量、环境管理要求。
任职要求
- 面向2027届本科及硕士在校生，暑期全勤实习，开学后可提供每周2-3天实习时间者优先。
- 专业要求包括自动化、机电一体化、电子工程、电气工程、机械制造、光学工程、人工智能、应用数学等相关专业。
- 对半导体行业有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的分析、学习、解决问题能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够阅读英文技术资料。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office等常用办公软件。
