职位概况
负责依据质量标准对生产过程进行监督检查，确保原辅材料、半成品、成品质量符合要求。
主要职责
- 根据标准对各类产品生产过程进行质量监督检查。
- 参与制定、完善生产过程质量控制标准并实施监控。
- 填写监控记录，进行样品取样、送检及留样。
- 对车间环境实施卫生监控，跟进生产前后卫生状况。
- 对异常原辅材料、成品进行不合格初步判定并处置。
- 与生产、检测等部门日常沟通对接。
- 配合完成新产品、新工艺的试验工作。
- 执行上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，食品、生物等相关专业。
- 工作细心负责，执行力强，能适应一定工作强度和倒班制度。
