Supply Chain Manager – Procurement & Planning

About the role

The Supply Chain Unit Manager will plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to procurement and material flow for WCT products. The role ensures that supplies are available to meet changing demand while supporting the company’s sustainability and ETO business model.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ISO, AEO, ASME and PV management systems in the factory.
• Coordinate cross‑department projects, manage risks and changes for customer‑specific orders.
• Analyze demand, review forecasts with suppliers and set inventory classifications (ABC) and supply schedules.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance, establish quality, cost and delivery metrics, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Utilize ERP systems to provide visibility across the WCT supply chain.
• Build relationships with internal teams, global business units and customers to identify and solve problems.
• Develop analytics, reporting and data‑management capabilities for the supply chain.
• Lead hiring, training, supervision and performance evaluation of supply‑chain staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of management experience in supply‑chain or procurement.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understanding of accounting, finance and legal documents related to purchasing and import/export.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ISO, AEO, ASME and PV management standards.
• Supply‑chain analytics and forecasting abilities.
• Inventory classification (ABC) and material handling planning.
