About the role
The Project Administrator supports existing customers and project teams by managing sales orders, procurement, logistics and customs processes. The role ensures timely delivery of components, accurate data recording and compliance with bonded material regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Create sales orders in the ERP system and purchase project components according to requirements.
- Track component deliveries, arrange logistics, and coordinate customs documentation to meet project timelines.
- Maintain commercial data, provide status reports to project engineers, and handle vendor invoices.
- Monitor production schedules, pricing of extra OEM costs, and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.
- Assist with financial inventory, collect certificates, and support analysis for delivery performance.
Required profile
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of customs affairs in FTZ/BLP and ability to work under pressure.
- Self‑learning attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of supply‑chain or customs experience in manufacturing.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI (plus).
