Customer Support – Order to Cash Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support professional to join our fast‑growing team in Shanghai, helping colleagues, partners and customers make a positive impact. Key responsibilities

• Manage the order‑to‑cash process for complex components, projects, field service and service operations orders from acceptance to invoicing, including order fulfillment, equipment and parts ordering, cost monitoring, warehousing, shipping and invoicing.
• Provide customer support throughout the process, handling order status inquiries and delivery dates, and preparing supplier shipping documents.
• Coordinate export and import activities, including documentation, logistics and customs clearance.
• Maintain the suppliers database, backlog and work‑in‑progress records.
• Administer claims related to orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient English communication, both oral and written.
• Strong command of MS Office.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage conflicting demands and work under pressure.
