Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to arrange domestic and international shipments based on project delivery requirements. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and MWS to ensure timely material delivery and support our global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international shipments according to project delivery needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and MWS to guarantee timely material delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents such as packing lists, commercial invoices, and delivery notes.
• Handle logistics exceptions including shipment delays, missing documents, damaged goods, urgent shipments, and transportation disruptions.
• Monitor logistics performance, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance delivery reliability and transportation efficiency.
• Analyze freight costs and logistics data to uncover cost‑saving opportunities and support freight budget management.
• Develop logistics performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations for management decisions.
• Continuously seek ways to simplify logistics processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong self‑learning ability and willingness to adopt problem‑solving tools.
• Ability to overcome difficulties and work under heavy pressure.
• Proactive communication and relationship‑building with colleagues.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
