Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to develop and coordinate the unit, ensuring short‑ to mid‑term goals and customer expectations are met. The role involves cross‑department coordination, project delivery, risk and change management within an ETO business model.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ISO, AEO, ASME and PV management systems in the factory.
• Coordinate across departments, manage project delivery, risks and changes for customer‑specific orders.
• Responsible for unit performance, financial KPIs and cost control.
• Set and follow up targets aligned with factory priorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost standards through SOP approval and standardized work.
• Lead problem‑solving, continuous improvement and ALPS activities (Lean Six Sigma, 5S).
• Support new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) and maintain business continuity management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Relevant leadership and management experience.
• More than 5 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.
