Large Pressing Line Team Manager

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor team and individual targets aligned with factory goals.
• Own the cell’s performance, including financial KPIs and the four pillars of sustainability, quality, delivery and cost.
• Act as the primary liaison between the factory floor and support functions to resolve daily operational issues.
• Control quality, manage deviations and minimise line stops.
• Lead or support production‑related claim handling.
• Drive ALPS improvement activities such as DSB, TPM, 5S, PRP, SOP and Kaizen.
• Conduct audits (DSB, SOP, 5S, safety) and ensure compliance with ISO, ASME and nuclear management systems.
• Secure production execution according to plan while continuously improving productivity and efficiency.
• Develop team members through the YOU program and coordinate with other GCC sites on common production challenges.
• Manage indirect material purchases and control cost accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Proven leadership and first‑line management experience.
• At least five years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with continuous‑improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma or Kaizen (GB certification a plus).
• Project‑work experience, especially in new‑product‑development or investment projects, is advantageous.
