Technical Project Manager

About the role

Lead the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects from concept through to full industrialization. Align project goals with business objectives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure technical, operational, and quality requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with universities, external suppliers, R&D, production engineering and manufacturing.
• Monitor progress using KPIs and project management tools, proactively resolving issues and bottlenecks.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates and executive summaries to steering committees and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in mechanical or automation engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a manufacturing development environment.
• Proven success managing complex, high‑impact projects from concept to industrialization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross‑cultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
