Project Manager – Manufacturing Footprint & Transformation

About the role

Join Alfa Laval’s Global Project Management organization and lead high‑impact footprint and transformation projects that make our operations more competitive and sustainable. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across functions and levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead challenging projects that involve moving, setting up, or expanding production lines, factories, or complete sites.
• Drive projects from the early confidential analysis phase through full implementation, focusing on manufacturing, assembly, and warehousing operations.
• Improve overall process and governance for footprint projects within Alfa Laval.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects deliver business value and sustainability goals.

• Organized, driven individual who can easily prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong interest in people, production, and business with the ability to adapt in cross‑cultural, cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for project management combined with hands‑on experience in operations or related fields.
