Senior TPM

About the role

The Senior TPM will support and drive improvements across critical manufacturing functions, acting as the bridge between builders and manufacturing partners. You will schedule work orders, provide production status visibility, and mitigate major project risks to meet builder specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with costing, DFM, and sales teams to hand over orders from pre‑sales quoting phase.
• Kick off programs with customer program managers and schedule work with manufacturing partners.
• Track order progress, ensure on‑time and quality delivery, and manage changes internally and externally.
• Bridge global cross‑functional teams (US, China, India, Mexico) to communicate requirements, status, and issues.
• Support customers and quality teams in handling complaints and provide technical guidance during trial and production.

Required profile

• College degree in Mechanical Engineering, metalworking manufacturing, tooling design or related field.
• 10+ years experience in FATP, OEM/CM, or CNC machining/molding/plastic tooling, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Strong planning, scope, schedule, risk management, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and experienced in multicultural environments.
• Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and able to work independently without supervision.

Required skills

• Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
• FATP (Final Assembly Test & Pack) processes.
• CNC machining, molding and plastic tooling expertise.
• APQP/PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, EV/DV/PV, and NPI process familiarity.
• Quality management, sourcing and logistics management.
