Project Manager – Cabin & Cargo Innovation

About the role

Shape the future of flight by leading cabin and cargo innovation projects. You will bridge breakthrough concepts and real‑world aviation, turning proof‑of‑concept prototypes into fully industrialised cabin systems for Airbus platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate innovative cabin technologies into aircraft platforms, bridging proof‑of‑concept to industrialisation.
• Lead rapid‑prototyping activities, conduct technical assessments against standards such as ABD‑100 and DO‑160, and coordinate integration into mock‑ups or test aircraft.
• Manage project timelines, collaborate with certification specialists, flight‑test teams and global engineering partners, and produce technical reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Systems or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in aerospace or systems engineering.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in technical requirement management and resource planning.
• Experience with CAD software for design and spatial integration.
• Familiarity with aviation airworthiness standards (ABD‑100, DO‑160).
• Competence with MS Office and Google Workspace.
