PMO / Project Portfolio Management Manager

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Suzhou as a PMO / Project Portfolio Management Manager, responsible for guiding technical project management and ensuring high‑quality engineering data across complex initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Guide technical project management organization to ensure solid processes, roles, meetings and communication.
• Support and accompany highly complex projects, including initial set‑up, planning, SCRUM collaboration models and problem‑solving mechanisms.
• Assist projects undergoing internal and external audits.
• Develop, maintain and enforce project‑management trainings together with GTMs to continuously ramp up competency.
• Act as central owner for engineering data quality in relevant PMS tools.
• Serve as the main interface to the QMM department to ensure proper resource mapping for each problem case.
