职位概况

负责制定并执行品牌年度传播策略，推动新品从0到1的品牌建设，统筹全渠道内容运营及大促营销，提升品牌曝光与用户认知。

主要职责

规划品牌年度传播策略、内容渠道及品牌曝光目标。
负责新品品牌全链路建设，包括市场洞察、定位、内容矩阵搭建。
统筹抖音、快手、小红书、B站、微博、视频号等平台内容运营及达人合作。
策划并执行618、双11等大促活动，进行数据复盘与优化。
监测行业竞争动态，输出品牌分析报告并提出优化方案。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、新媒体或食品相关专业优先。
3年以上大健康食品线上品牌或内容营销经验，1年以上独立品牌操盘经历。
熟悉小红书、抖音、快手、视频号、B站等平台规则及达人合作。
具备优秀方案撰写、创意策划、多项目统筹及数据复盘能力。
具备基础英文沟通能力者优先。

必备技能

熟练使用Office全套工具。
小红书、抖音、快手、视频号、B站等内容平台运营能力。
