职位概况
负责高速背板业务板块的项目全流程管理，承担客户、产品经理、工程及制造团队的关键对接，确保产品按时、按质交付。
主要职责
- 统筹项目范围与目标，闭环各工作节点。
- 管理客户全生命周期，主持会议对齐项目状态。
- 精细跟进进度，确保里程碑达成。
- 跨部门协作，制定并落实战略支持方案。
- 汇总需求并转化为内部执行计划，定期向管理层汇报。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上项目/项目集管理经验。
- 有复杂技术类项目全周期管理经验者优先。
- 具备互连器件或高速连接器行业背景者佳。
- 优秀的客户沟通能力，英文流利，可作为工作语言。
- 能适应高压环境，结果导向，推动高质量交付。
