职位概况
负责产品工程全流程，包括需求收集、技术路线规划、新产品导入及故障分析，支持RBLC在智能生活领域的创新与增长。
主要职责
- 收集、分析、建模并编写需求规格，管理验证全流程。
- 制定技术路线图，规划目标并选择技术路径，直至最终评估。
- 提供新产品技术支持，负责新产品上市的技术实现。
- 根据项目需求持续迭代更新技术，实现技术革新。
- 系统分析技术故障，追根溯源并制定解决方案。
- 完成上级交付的其他临时任务。
任职要求
- 5-8 年技术背景，熟悉工程原理、以用户为中心的设计、法规遵从和质量保证。
- 能够跟踪所在领域技术进步并纳入技术路线图。
- 具备敏捷开发经验，能在迭代开发环境中推动持续改进。
- 具备强问题解决能力，能分析复杂技术问题并找到根本原因。
- 本科及以上学历，相关行业技术专业优先。
- 英语流利，能够进行无障碍沟通。
