职位概况
负责制定并落地本地采购战略，支持汽车OEM项目的供应链需求，推动供应商开发与管理，提升采购流程效率，实现部门年度目标。
主要职责
- 制定本地直接/间接采购策略并与总部保持一致
- 管理本地化项目，支持集团及本地需求
- 开发新供应商，维护供应商数据库
- 优化不同商品组的采购流程，实现部门协同效益
- 组织部门任务，带领并激励下属完成年度指标
- 发送RFQ、分析报价、进行供应商绩效评估与价格控制
- 识别并落实环境因素及部门环境目标
任职要求
- 统招本科以上学历
- 5年以上汽车行业采购工作经验
- 熟悉供应商开发与管理
- 了解导线、连接器、塑料件、EMS等产品及注塑、冲压工艺
- 英语可作为工作语言
- 熟练使用Office软件
