职位概况
负责eAxle转子组件的设计与开发，从概念到投产，使用CAD工具建立和维护3D模型及技术图纸。
主要职责
- 支持转子及相关组件的概念设计、详细设计和生产导入。
- 使用CAD创建和维护3D模型、技术图纸。
- 与工程、项目管理、质量、采购、生产及验证团队协作，解决技术问题。
- 参与设计评审、变更及工程发布。
- 推动组件成本优化，达成目标成本。
- 与供应商进行技术沟通与协调。
任职要求
- 机械、电子、机电或相关专业硕士学位。
- 0-3年工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
- 熟悉机械设计、CAD及产品开发流程。
- 有eMotor、eDrive或动力总成组件项目经验者优先。
- 了解ASM/PSM转子设计者优先。
- 具备良好的分析、沟通及团队合作能力。
- 英语和中文流利。
必备技能
- CAD软件（如CATIA、SolidWorks）使用能力。
- 机械设计基础。
- 英语和中文书面及口头表达。
