职位概况
负责全球变体框架管理，进行电力电子产品的战略基准对标，跟踪中国市场创新与技术趋势。
主要职责
- 管理所有电力电子产品的全球变体框架。
- 进行产品生命周期管理及产品类别开发规划。
- 支持目标成本核算，制定竞争性市场价格。
- 参与售前阶段，与销售紧密合作，推动项目获取。
- 收集并分析市场与技术趋势，为产品创新提供建议。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，工程、工业工程或相关专业。
- 具备电动汽车或电力电子领域的研发经验；有销售、项目或产品管理经验者优先。
- 良好的客户沟通经验，具备结果导向和高度责任感。
- 能够接受每周2-3天现场办公。
- 普通话和英语书面及口语流利。
必备技能
- 电力电子技术知识。
- 产品生命周期管理（PLM）概念。
- 成本核算与市场定价分析。
