Supplier Industrial System Engineer

About the role

The Supplier Industrial System Engineer will lead the industrialization of A220 detail parts and assemblies at supplier sites, ensuring compliance with Airbus requirements and supporting the ramp‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Industrialize A220 detail part and assembly work packages at supplier locations according to Airbus standards (e.g., A2020).
• Provide technical and project support to suppliers during industrialization, monitor status, mitigate risks and secure First Article Inspection (FAI) and ramp‑up.
• Coordinate tooling management, acceptance and ensure robust industrial system set‑up at the supplier.
• Lead industrial reviews, report progress with key performance indicators and travel as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Strong mechanical manufacturing knowledge and good English communication skills.

Required skills

• CATIA V5 and model‑based definition.
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• APQP methodology and tooling acceptance processes.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
