职位概况
我们正在招聘1名SJZT前端开发工程师，要求本科以上学历，具备3-5年相关工作经验，工作地点及模式未明确，薪酬面议。
主要职责
- 负责BI报表平台的前端架构设计与功能开发，确保海量数据场景下页面流畅。
- 基于React.js和Ant Design封装高复用业务组件及复杂数据过滤/联动组件。
- 深度集成ECharts等图表库，实现动态交互式报表展示。
- 参与Scrum/Kanban敏捷开发，与产品、后端紧密协作，保证高质量迭代交付。
- 持续优化前端工程化体系，包括Webpack/Vite、CI/CD、自动化测试等。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上前端开发经验，熟悉React.js生态（Hooks、Context API、Redux/Zustand）。
- 熟练使用Ant Design及其生态，能够进行二次开发或深度定制。
- 精通HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+），具备响应式布局和混合渲染经验。
- 有BI报表、大屏可视化或OLAP展示层开发经验者优先。
- 具备Vibe Coding能力，熟悉Claude Code等代码生成工具，能够与AI编程助手高效协作。
