About the role
The Communities & Connects Manager is responsible for the operational execution of Square and Connects programs, handling configuration, participant management, fieldwork operations, community engagement and quality assurance. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality research activities while ensuring compliance with operational frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and configure the Square/SQS platform end‑to‑end, including workflow logic, client portal, integrations and technical deployment, and manage QL/QN programming, testing and troubleshooting.
- Oversee participant recruitment, onboarding, incentive management and day‑to‑day fieldwork operations to meet participation targets and sampling plans.
- Monitor community engagement, incentive strategies and quality control of survey performance, providing insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with CST, Customer Success, Service Line and technical teams to ensure seamless handovers, operational readiness and escalation management, while supporting revenue recognition and compliance activities.
