职位概况
负责公司IT基础设施的规划、建设、维护及优化，保障网络、服务器、存储等系统的稳定运行，提供桌面支持和业务系统支撑。
主要职责
- 参与整体IT基础设施的规划与建设，维护服务器、虚拟化平台、存储设备及数据安全。
- 负责办公室网络设备、VPN、邮箱系统及打印、监控等外设的管理与优化。
- 推进桌面安全体系建设，提供日常桌面支持，完成新员工入职IT配置。
- 监控并持续优化系统性能，编写运维文档，推动流程标准化和自动化。
- 主导或参与内部IT项目及办公室搬迁等重大事项，确保业务连续性。
任职要求
- 3-5年IT运维或系统管理经验，全日制本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉服务器、存储、虚拟化平台及故障排查。
- 具备网络基础，熟悉主流交换机、路由器、防火墙配置。
- 具备桌面支持经验，能快速响应并解决IT问题。
- 熟悉Python脚本开发，具备Shell或Javascript开发经验者优先。
- 责任心强，沟通协作能力佳。
