职位概况
负责公司DevOps平台的持续集成、容器编排及环境交付，提升研发效能。
主要职责
- 使用CI工具管理代码仓库、分支及版本发布。
- 研究并优化Kubernetes/Rancher等容器编排技术，负责集群管理与监控。
- 开发并运维公司集成开发平台的前后端功能，推动数字化治理。
- 搭建业务系统的开发、测试、生产及容灾环境，完成软件持续构建与部署。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上开发经验。
- 熟悉Jenkins、Nexus、Ansible、Git、Gradle、Maven、Groovy等至少一种工具。
- 了解DevOps工具链、敏捷团队工作模式。
- 具备AI提示词编写、RAG原理及大模型使用经验，能在DevOps场景落地。
- 具备良好的责任心、沟通与团队合作能力。
