职位概况
我们正在为博世集团上海的移动后市场部门招聘高级采购员（MA），负责旋转机械业务的材料组和供应商策略制定，推动可持续的热管理业务增长。
主要职责
- 负责国际供应商的管理与辅导，谈判价格及框架协议。
- 组织并执行全球招标、成本削减项目。
- 监控并提升供应商在质量、成本、物流方面的绩效。
- 参与跨站点的全球采购团队项目，推动流程优化。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业为工商管理、工业工程或机械工程。
- 具备汽车行业采购工作经验，熟悉采购方法，拥有出色的谈判能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在跨文化环境中工作。
- 英语流利，掌握其他语言者优先。
