About the role
The Controls Manager will lead the electrical control engineering team, ensuring project schedules, costs, and quality are tightly managed while fostering team growth and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and realize OKR objectives and conduct regular project status reviews.
- Strictly monitor project progress, costs, and control job hours.
- Develop and implement CAPEX plans.
- Ensure team growth, training, and encourage innovation and change.
- Plan resource utilization, track team workload, and create action plans.
- Continuously improve design, commissioning, system integration processes, tools, and documentation.
- Maintain a knowledge base for electrical control engineering.
- Provide systematic consulting and advice to team members and cross‑functional teams.
- Participate in technical reviews with sales and solution development.
- Contribute to internal Lean projects as a member or leader.
