About the role
Lilly’s Suzhou Manufacturing Trainee program aims to develop future pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations professionals. The 2027 cohort will rotate through front‑line production, cross‑functional teams, and systematic training to build a solid foundation in quality management.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in quality management system activities, quality operations, and laboratory or compliance tasks.
- Support product quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Engage in cross‑team projects and apply learning to real‑world manufacturing challenges.
Required profile
- Graduating in 2027 with a full‑time bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in pharmacy, life sciences, chemistry or related fields preferred.
- Strong learning ability, logical analysis, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and able to work in cross‑cultural teams.
- Proactive mindset, resilience, and curiosity about the pharmaceutical industry and smart manufacturing.
