Sales Account Manager - Wafer Level Packaging (Shanghai)

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Sales Account Manager for its Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit in Shanghai. The role promotes SPTS equipment and technology in China's wafer level packaging market, achieves sales targets and develops new markets for next-generation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Promote SPTS equipment and technology in the China wafer level packaging market.
• Achieve the sales targets defined for the role.
• Develop new markets for next-generation technologies.
• Ensure customers receive timely and efficient pre- and post-sales service, keeping effective contact with all parties as agreed.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the SPTS, ICOS and Semi PC divisions and local GCO sales teams to define the strategy and execution for selling KLA products to wafer level packaging customers in China.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a science-related subject (preferably physics or chemistry).
• Fab experience or equipment supplier experience of more than 5 years.
• Sales manager/executive experience of more than 5 years.
• Minimum qualification: doctorate with 3 years of related work experience, master's with 6 years, or bachelor's with 8 years of related work experience.
• Ability to initiate and drive to close issues, resolve conflict and adapt to different working hours, locations and conditions.

Required skills

• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and empathize with customers.
• Familiarity with wafer level packaging, RF and power markets preferred.
