About the role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our China team in recruiting and onboarding strategic sellers onto Walmart marketplaces. The role focuses on team management, business strategy planning, and driving in‑year growth for sellers on Walmart US.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team to recruit and onboard strategic sellers to Walmart US marketplace quickly.
- Provide business guidance, remove barriers, and ensure high‑touch support for sellers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects that improve internal efficiency and seller experience, such as seller quality and cold‑start initiatives.
Required profile
- 3+ years of relevant e‑commerce experience.
- 1+ years of team management experience.
- Proven B2C business development track record with multiple customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment and work with cross‑functional teams.
