职位概况
负责在华区域实现年度营业额目标，提升博世产品在现有渠道的市场份额，支持经销商业务拓展与培训。
主要职责
- 实现年度营业额目标（AA-CN）。
- 提升博世产品在现有1TL分销渠道的市场份额。
- 支持一级经销商发展二级经销商，推动车间业务扩展。
- 协助经销商进行库存优化及中长期渠道覆盖。
- 维护从一级经销商到博世的供应链，管理应收账款。
任职要求
- 5年以上工作经验，至少3年销售或销售管理经验。
- 具备项目管理经验者优先。
- 诚实勤奋，具备良好的学习、分析和沟通能力。
- 具备数字化运营能力者优先。
