职位概况

杭州中心四季酒店（国际奢华酒店）招聘采购副经理，负责统筹采购、收货及库房日常运作，保障酒店各部门物资供应。工作地点在杭州拱墅区杭州中心酒店。

主要职责

  • 统筹采购、收货及库房日常运转，保障各部门物资供应充足
  • 调研市场新品与可替代物资，向管理层提出物资优化建议
  • 对接供应商时保持流程公开透明，按规组织竞争性招标并留存招标档案
  • 跟踪滞销库存，每月编制滞销货品报表并抄送财务总监及部门负责人
  • 审核申购资料与账目，完成审批后生成采购单；监管收货员工作，按四季酒店规范登记归档到货物资
  • 协助应付账款专员核查发票异常，设定并维护库存备货量，尽量降低库存存量
  • 对接基建项目采购中的集团采购部及外部承建商
  • 管控每日成本数据，编制或审核餐饮成本报表，协助编制营收预测与预算
  • 参与年度经营性设备盘点，配合集团及酒店的安全、环保等工作

任职要求

  • 大专及以上学历
  • 四季酒店或其他企业相关岗位不少于三年工作经验
  • 可熟练进行中英文口头沟通，掌握基础商务英文书写
  • 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint
  • 处事沉稳耐心，注重细节，思维条理清晰
  • 有国际联号工作经历者优先
