职位概况

安溪清水岩温泉度假酒店招聘西点主厨，工作地点在福建省泉州市安溪县蓬莱镇。酒店隶属于厦门恒兴集团旗下的厦门市恒兴酒店管理有限公司，为国内高端酒店。

主要职责

  • 直接向西厨主管汇报，配合其制定工作计划
  • 保证所管辖厨房正常工作
  • 检查厨师仪容仪表及个人卫生
  • 确保采购食品质量
  • 建立并维护西点卫生与成本控制体系
  • 积极研发新品，提升西点品质

任职要求

  • 中专以上学历，2年高星级酒店工作经验，其中2年以上同等管理岗位经验
  • 接受过专业技术训练
  • 懂成本核算，熟悉食材原料及食品营养知识
  • 身体健康，精力充沛；年龄20-45岁
