本岗位面向机电、消防、智能化等相关专业人才，负责工程造价及预结算工作。

主要职责

负责物业设施设备维护管理、工程巡查及维保计划执行。
参与项目的前期介入、承接查验以及工程改造工作。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，专业要求机电、消防或智能化相关。
熟悉工程图纸并能熟练使用CAD，具备较强动手能力，吃苦耐劳。
