职位概况
负责协助项目经理统筹施工安排，跟踪施工全过程，确保进度、质量和安全符合规范。
主要职责
- 协助项目经理协调安排项目施工工作；
- 跟踪施工全过程，处理现场出现的问题；
- 依据设计规范、施工图纸把控现场施工进度、质量和安全文明施工；
- 负责项目成本控制，管理工程材料使用。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，有驾照者优先；
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、CAD等办公软件；
- 具备扎实的专业知识，能看懂施工图纸；
- 逻辑思维和协调能力强，能独立处理事务；
- 工作态度端正，积极主动，能吃苦耐劳。
