职位概况
负责协助项目经理组织和协调施工工作，跟踪项目全过程，确保进度、质量和安全符合要求。
主要职责
- 协助项目经理安排施工计划并进行现场协调。
- 全程跟踪施工进度，及时处理现场出现的问题。
- 熟悉设计规范、施工工艺和图纸，对施工部位、质量和安全进行把控。
- 负责项目成本控制，管理工程材料使用。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，建筑工程技术或相关专业。
- 持有驾照者优先。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维和协调能力，能够独立处理事务。
- 工作态度端正，积极主动，能吃苦耐劳。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、CAD等办公软件。
- 能够阅读并理解施工图纸。
