精装修项目经理（办公项目）

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Determine required resources, manage the budget, and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Create, maintain, and monitor detailed work plans to sequence activities.
• Establish project objectives and evaluation measures and keep the project within agreed limits.
• Communicate expectations clearly and promptly to team members and management.
• Align responsible parties with targets and identified tasks.
• Document progress, including timelines, issues, risks, and successes.
• Manage daily safety, schedule, cost, and quality on site.
• Compile tender documents, review bids technically, and address deviations.
• Review design drawings, technical requirements, concept and detailed designs.
• Evaluate contractor schedules, plans, material reports, and site orders.
• Track contractor’s third‑party material testing, silicon detection, sample production, and completion files.
• Oversee all site construction activities and report issues promptly.
• Coordinate construction interface issues with project partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fit‑out engineering, construction, or project management.
• 5–10 years of project management experience on office or commercial property projects.
• Strong knowledge of international and Chinese building codes and regulations.
• Proven on‑site construction experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage changing priorities.
• Proactive attitude with the capability to identify needs and adapt to business changes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written English proficiency.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
