- 八年以上工作经历，其中五年以上现场项目主管经验。
- 化工相关专业背景，持有一级或二级机电建造师证书。
- 具备大型工程施工、现场管理、人员与预算管理经验。
- 忠诚守信，工作严谨，能承受工作压力，具团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟悉施工图纸绘制及施工工艺。
- 了解质量标准、项目管理流程及国家、地方定额体系。
- 具备全面的沟通、协调及管理监控能力。
