SAP Change Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Change Management Consultant who will become a subject‑matter expert in product change management and SAP modules. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to design, document and support transformation initiatives that improve business processes. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project scope, define clear requirements and create functional and technical specifications.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts, estimates and conceptual designs to validate proposed solutions.
• Coordinate implementation activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and smooth transition to new processes.
• Leverage deep functional expertise in SAP MM (Inventory Management) and product change management to enhance project outcomes.
• Support stakeholders throughout change initiatives, facilitating adoption and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Product Change Management.
• Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management.
• Bonus: Master proficiency in SAP SD Sales Order Management.
