Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM) Functional Consultant

About the role

sa.global is seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Supply Chain Management (WMS/Production) module to join its team in China. The consultant will guide clients through successful implementations and integrations of Dynamics 365 F&O, helping them optimise processes and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presales activities, product demonstrations and support the sales team for Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Analyse customer business processes, document requirements and develop functional design documents.
• Configure, implement, integrate and test D365 F&O solutions following best‑practice methodologies.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, train end‑users and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers and global teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven subject‑matter expertise in D365 F&O with a focus on SCM (WMS/Production) and full‑cycle project implementation experience.
• Strong ability to create high‑quality functional documentation and gather detailed business requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Microsoft certifications preferred.
