Quality Assurance Engineer – Paintshop (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring that paintshop products are delivered as‑built, maintained, and meet all customer and authority requirements throughout their life‑cycle. The role covers manufacturing, delivery, and post‑delivery support, acting as the guardian of conformity and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess production processes, conduct effectiveness assessments and drive improvements.
• Manage process‑related anomalies, including containment, root‑cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process specifications, validate special processes, and ensure proper sample traceability.
• Perform statistical process control, monitor data quality, and act on control limit breaches.
• Review and approve manufacturing, assembly, integration, inspection, and test documents.
• Establish controls for foreign object damage and product cleanliness.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and manage NCRs from initiation to closure.
• Support IT projects related to quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, SAP, QSR, QLB).

Required profile

• Professional experience in quality assurance within aerospace or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of product life‑cycle management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead end‑to‑end quality matters and work cross‑functionally.
