Cross-Plant (XP) Structure Technician

About the role

This position involves carrying out structural work on A320 SA and/or WB family aircraft in line with work orders and special processes. The technician assembles, installs, repairs, and modifies aircraft structures while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and install structural components of aircraft based on work orders provided by the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team.
• Perform repairs and modifications to aircraft structures as required, ensuring compliance with NC / QLB / ALB rework procedures.
• Validate work orders and production tasks, open and close the IC, and follow procedural guidelines.
• Conduct daily toolbox checks, report lost items, and maintain FOD prevention measures.
• Participate in Production SQCDP meetings and support technical investigations with MAP and XP operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an airframe technician or similar role in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, assembly techniques, and ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Fluent in English with technical vocabulary.
• Rigorous, meticulous, customer‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
